Went with a mixed load initially they wanted to charge me based on yardage which they calculated to double what I could physically fit in the bed of the truck because there was a tall door standing up some how that was 1.5 yards I told the attendant that was crazy my truck couldn't hold that much and she took off .75 yards. I refused to be jerked around went to Recology in SF the per unit price is 60% higher and they still changed me $20 less than I was quoted in Richmond avoid at all costs ACME in Martinez is Kool too.

This place is insanely overpriced. I 6ft bed fits 2.5 yards I was charged for 5 yards! I was charged $183!. I'll just go to marin from now on they charge $50 everytime I go.

Set up a new account with them and it took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls just to get an account set up. They said they’d leave the cans from the old home owners and then took them the next day. Then they said we would have bins delivered, we didn’t. They told us to leave up to 2 bags on the curb and they’d send someone to pick them up. 3 days and 3 more phone calls later, still haven’t been picked up.
