I’ve been calling for 2 months for them to come and pick up their trash cans because I don’t use their service. They give you a date of when they will pick them up and no one ever comes. On hold for over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone.
There was a situation that happened when they picked up my trash, it went into the middle of the street so I called to have them come back out and get it, and they came within minutes!! Highly reccomend!!!
Friendly but pricey
Really disappointing customer service! Trash pickup was consistently poor, and to top it off, they took one of our trash cans without any notice or explanation. We had to call them ourselves just to find out what happened. No communication, no accountability. Very unprofessional experience overall.
