This morning, while driving home between 6:30 and 6:50 a.m., one of their trucks had an unsafe load of rocks fall off into traffic, hitting my car multiple times. This occurred on 01/23/2025 on 475, going eastbound right before the split onto I75 around the Auburn Ave bridge.

We live on suder ave. We have to pick up almost another can full of garbage every week, garbage that fell off the truck. (,not even our garbage) it's pretty gross. You should have another vehicle follow garbage truck and clean up the mess!!

I called about the house next door to me, which had piles of trash after a move out for over a month. The lady I spoke with said I could use my pick up for the month to get the trash next door picked up, after I explained that I didn't know the owner and they obviously wasn't going to call for a pickup. Well the garbage truck came to pick it up yesterday, but because it wasn't in front of my house they didn't pick it up!! It was 5 feet over from my property line!!! Numerous missed pickups for both recycling and solid waste all year. Every other week we're receiving a text saying there will be a problem with pickup. Have tried to speak with customer service to get an appropriate refund, am assured I will be called back by a supervisor the next day... never once received a call. UPDATE: reached out to the email you provided in your reply. Conveniently, your CRM system has 'lost' all of the reports I have made about missed pickups and you are denying credits.
