DISGUSTING!! I pay for trash service and the driver claims to have emptied these dumpsters at 10am August 6, 2025. It is August 8, 2025. I would not pay for this service except it is included in my rent. I've been complaining to Leasing Management and the Village of Savoy since February. Edit: they are now calling me twice a week expecting me to pay them $170 for 4 weeks of services they never actually provided. If they had been this diligent about actually providing the service they are trying to charge me for, they may have gotten paid. Had them for 4 weeks. During that entire time they did not pick up my recycling once, even after multiple attempts to schedule extra pickups and contacting them multiple times. If I could reply with no stars I would. There service s-cks. Been waiting for them to pick dumpster up and 8 days lster no pick up and couldn't use garage because of this
they miss pickup like every other week, sometimes don't pick it up for 2 weeks. get money for weekly pickup, does half of what they are paid for.
