Republic service bought out Wallace brothers and promised to keep the price the same and months later jacked our prices up. Their heavy trucks leave ruts at the end of our driveway because they choose to turn around in our driveway. I even tried putting dumpster over ruts so they would stop but they don’t care. If you’re considering using them read their pricing fine print. There are fees for everything and it’s all subject to change at their discretion. There was a reason I went with Wallace Brothers to begin with.
Way to expensive for dumping wood 140 dollars is crazy lower the price
Lady working today (Saturday August 17, 2024) was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and had the worst customer service imaginable. Her excuse to everything was "it's above my pay grade". To the higher ups, if you are not allowing the public to come dump past a certain time while you allow those with an account to continue to dump, you need to put that on your website!! They posted different hours on their tiny window you have to pull up to while their main sign and the internet say different hours. Despite having someone there anyway. 2 star rating but there’s nothing we can do about it because where else can you go.
