88 dollars for 400 lbs of carpet is beyond outrageous...DO NOT use this business....
Worst customer service. The woman who answered my call did not even hear what I was saying and rambled on talking over me like she was talking to herself. I politely repeated what I had said and she didn't let me finish when she continued to answer question I imagine that she gets asked frequently which has nothing to do with what I needed.
I just wanted to dump off a pickup load of old wooden fence and small canvas. When I got there, I was told $19 to dump, with a $40 deposit (cash or check only). They were going to make me buy a hard hat and vest but they were out. Never going there again.
Ordered dumpster 4 days in advance and never came. Now there closed on the weekend.
