This company not only sucks to work for and although they’re is ppl of color and Latinos they don’t pay enough attention all to at least be able to pay ur light gas and car note management are super racist and always looking for a way to screw employees and customers….

Republic is constantly not showing up due to driver shortages. I have to call to get a minimal refund even though I pay per month for a service they advertise they do, yet they only take off $20-25 and that’s after a lot of negotiation. Normally they will only take off a few dollars. I asked where to send a bill for my time cleaning all the trash when animals go through the bags that don’t fit in the bins.
