Overages for a piece of trash an inch above the dumpster and criminal level auto-renewal windows. They will give you a short period to send them a certified letter telling them you won’t renew and then lock you in for another 3 years of hell if you don’t follow this to the T. Awful awful company. Absolute trash.
We have their services through COJ and not only do they skip our pickup day 90% of the time, today while we were standing outside around 830am the truck pulls up and our whole can ended up getting tossed into the truck...the guy gets out and throws it down and our whole can was ruined. My husband walks to him to ask how we go about getting it replaced, the driver literally runs and jumps in the truck and speeds off as fast as he could. So rude!
