Terrible experience using republic services so bad im using both of my accounts to leave them a 1 star review check my other review for details. If you want good customer service and quality trash services go anywhere except republic services
I have been using republic services for 7 years and I’m just completely done with them my rate has doubled over the last 3 years and they said the only way to get it down is to sign a new 3 year contract and they can’t promise me that the price won’t go up again. After numerous phone calls I tried to cancel at the end of my contract which is on the 30th of November finally I got them to cancel and not renew they said my services would end on the 30th I go to put something in my dumpster today the 21st and my dumpster is gone... read more
Seriously! Osprey on the Bluffs, Savannah resident. Now I acknowledge its the responsibility of the people who live here to actually put their trash IN the bin, however the trash service NEVER gets out of their truck to pick up boxes or anything sitting alongside the bin. Now the bin is SO full, residents don't have any option to properly dispose of trash, so it just gets added to the pile. Rediculous Service Rep Cole She Did Send Me To Do Brief Servey
No pick up on my trash day. Tried calling got someone across the country despite calling local area code. Said they would try and get someone here in 4 days. Couldn't tell me why it wasn't picked up. Could only tell me nothing was scheduled for me yesterday despite Thursday pick up every Thursday for several years.
