I wish I could leave zero stars. I am a commercial general contractor that works in numerous states across the country as well as here in Utah. This company will make your life harder if you use them. Do not use them. Go with a smaller local company, trust me.
Absolute junk of a company when it comes to customer service and setting up an account. Moved to an area these folks service. First, they took the can away after confirming they would not to save me a delivery fee. The drivers took it away anyway, then called to order a trash can, well that trash can never showed up. I called to try and get a trash can delivered but was told “this issue has been escalated and someone will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.” I asked to be transferred to a complaint department. Yes PLEASE READ EVERYONE'S Negative Reviews about this horrible company. It's true that their staff is absolutely disgusting.. in different ways.
I've reached out about their fee's that come up and its always some excuse or a new fee, they may seem cheaper but they'll make it up in random crap fee's they throw on hoping you don't notice. Watch your bill for "Fuel fee's" or "Container Refresh" or "administrative fees". These guys are snakes and shouldn't be trusted. I guess being sued over this didn't fix their business practices.
Use them for residential and commercial. They have been super helpful.
