I wish I could give this 0 stars.Today is trash pickup day.I went to the mailbox at 9 am. Trash was still intact..they came to pick up trash and now it's trash all over my neighborhood....they dropped a bag and set the trash can on top of it ..now I have to walk up the entire neighborhood and pick up trash..this is the 5th to they've done this...they don't do recovery pickups for bad weather... now I understand why they have a 2.4 rating
I don’t like the fact that we pay all this money and can’t even get accommodation for bad weather. You’ll think they would make up for the missed trash they obviously had to miss due to inclement weather.
We needed a landfill and they were there for us. Glad they took Amex. But please take this sign down, you are not open on Saturdays. I had you at 5 stars, now I took it down to 3.
They are hardly ever open during their posted Saturday hours.
