My dad lives in a rural area and had recently fell and broke his hip, which meant he was away from the house for 5/6months, mail was forwarded. I gather his bills and pay them. I never received a bill from republic services, till we received a notice from a collection agency. I spoke with a customer service representative in Jan 13, 2020 to pay bill our bill.
