I've been to a lot of transfer stations and dumps because I do remodeling work and this is the worst. After nearly an hour wait you get to deal with rude employees. I seriously hate this place. Who ever is managing it needs fired.

☆☆☆☆ Republic Transfer Station has gotten exponentially worse. It’s currently 11:45 AM and we’ve been stuck in line for over an hour just trying to dump material. For companies like ours that operate on schedules, crews, routing, and customer timelines, this completely destroys operational efficiency. I find it unbelievable that republic services does not track their container serial numbers. These containers are placed on the public streets/roadways on pickup days, can be involved in property damage, can be stolen, can block access, and countless other civil mishaps. Track the bins!

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Republic Services in Carlsbad. I rented seven roll-off containers and paid over $15,000 specifically for construction recycling services, which includes providing proper diversion reports.
