Initially you speak with a call center, I spoke with them twice they were not particularly helpful. But then I asked to speak with a supervisor and was promptly connected. Supervisor was VERY helpful and addressed my questions/concerns. A+

Highly recommend the tour of the Otay Landfill, now called the Otay Sustainability Park! I took my youth group kids ages 12-19 on a tour of the facilities led by Operations Supervisor, Ryan. It was a wonderful learning experience for kids and adults alike, learning about what happens to our trash when it leaves our homes and businesses. The Sustainability Park is highly regarded in the US for it's efforts to reduce, reuse, and recycle the items that come in. Cada año suben los precios Y el personal donde se tira no son amables, muy mala experiencia aquí, lo siento! Mal señalizado para llegar al lugar de descargas.

I was on hold for three hours. when they finally answered, they couldn't help me and kept transferring me to another department that never answer. In the end, the system asked if I preferred to keep waiting or leave my number for a callback. It has been two days and I never received a call back. The service is terrivle. The staff are polite, but they lack knowledge.

Just called there twice, but after 2 minutes of hearing it ring, I had to hang up. No answering machine either. Called again after waiting several minutes and still no answer. The other reviews are understandably not pleasant either. Third time's a charm.. But not really, because they want to charge $93 for a kitchen bag of garbage and a medium box with discarded cardboard. Glad I asked before driving out there. Very overpriced. And the female was barely cordial, bordering on abruptly rude.
