I was on hold for three hours. when they finally answered, they couldn't help me and kept transferring me to another department that never answer. In the end, the system asked if I preferred to keep waiting or leave my number for a callback. It has been two days and I never received a call back. The service is terrivle. The staff are polite, but they lack knowledge.

Just called there twice, but after 2 minutes of hearing it ring, I had to hang up. No answering machine either. Called again after waiting several minutes and still no answer. The other reviews are understandably not pleasant either. Third time's a charm.. But not really, because they want to charge $93 for a kitchen bag of garbage and a medium box with discarded cardboard. Glad I asked before driving out there. Very overpriced. And the female was barely cordial, bordering on abruptly rude.

For now the 4th month in a row, despite being set up for paperless statements AND autopay, we have received a "Friendly Reminder" about our account. I have contacted customer services multiple times with little progress, but one of a waste company's major goals should be the reduction, not creation, of unnecessary waste (of paper and resources), especially considering clients are signed up for paperless statements.
