For now the 4th month in a row, despite being set up for paperless statements AND autopay, we have received a "Friendly Reminder" about our account. I have contacted customer services multiple times with little progress, but one of a waste company's major goals should be the reduction, not creation, of unnecessary waste (of paper and resources), especially considering clients are signed up for paperless statements. dont come here! people are rude disrespectful and for some reson have no commen sense. go to Amswede Recycling for better prices and customers service
Insanely expensive !!!!
Sucks they can't go by their closing time. The fact we try to make it before closing to them wanting to leave early and not letting you dump its upsetting. If they want to leave by 430 close it down at 4pm instead of saying they close at 430 leaving us loaded for their lazyness
