A one is too high. Total incompetent can't bill correctly. Tried to add surcharge for road bans this year, When called out they said they would remove the $29 fee. Also added late fees and didn't not credit for recycling service not provided during road bans. They then cancel service and want another $35 to restore service. When you call they put you on hold for upwards of an hour. Total incompetence.
Allied Waste has been worst service lately and I don't know why we have been unable to get our garbage picked up! It was only picked up once in March and now they have missed the next pick up date on April 11th.
I haul my own refuse to my township transfer station; however the township will not accept food refuse. When I have food waste or things that will not fit into a Township bag I bring it to Allied Waste. They charge by the pound or by the item for appliances. For these things I do not find their prices out of line for the area. Over all I have no real complaints and feel that I get good value for my money.
Over priced, keep raising the rates for low end services. For 30 a month they do not even provide a garbage can.
