I haven't had issues with them showing up to pickups, but when they do come they don't get everything! They leave a box of cardboard or will leave a bag of trash! Just seems so lazy to not take it all! Lol like for the life of me I can't understand why they don't take it all lol

Would avoid them at all cost. Between the beginning of April and the end of June, they only made it to our house twice for trash removal. At the beginning of June, they called to tell me that they were canceling my service because they were no longer going to run a truck in my area. In the middle of June, they sent me a bill for the next three months service, at double the usual cost. We did have this trash service but they haven't picked up in 5 weeks!! If you are using them I suggest looking elsewhere!

It’s been 4 weeks of no pickups, we call everyday and everyday hear the exact same thing, “you’re on the drivers route for today” still nothing. Time to get lawyers involved since our neighbors called the health department on us. It’s just lie after lie with when they will be picking up, lie after lie with “we will have a manager give you a call” just a company full of lies!
