I’ve went months with them not picking up my trash, but the city never fails to put it on my bill.
Just watched as they knocked over a few garbage bins and just drove off like nothing happened. It takes a couple seconds to pick up what you have knocked down. Terrible.
Absolutely hated this company when we lived in Cushing. They seem to want to do nothing but the bare minimum with maximum payments. The City of Cushing just posted on their Facebook how to receive good customer service from Republic. Get a load of some of this: 1. No personal trash carts. Very polite and informative about pricing.
Had dumpster by road before trash day. Didn’t dump it and gave no reason why besides pure laziness. I called utility office and come home to see the garbage truck passing my place and my dumpster is still full. Called the utility office back and they told me they can’t discount my refuse for the week although I’ve never had my stuff dumped. Complete highway robbery.
