They cancelled my service and sent my account to another company 2/3 through a billing cycle that I had already paid for. Now the new company wants to double charge me for the rest of the billing cycle (the full quarterly bill) to continue trash pickup for the next 2 weeks. Avoid this company.

This review is based on the driver/collector named Scott who serves my area in Fuquay Varina. He is the absolute best. He goes out of his way for me and always has smile and is super friendly. The garage is always on time and carefully put down. He’s had to come out of the truck and manually put it in for my bin and he’s always so nice about it. The rising cost is my only complaint because they keep jacking the rates. If it wasn’t for such great service from Scott I would have left.

The worst waste service. The sale person is really tricky. He gave us a good price on the quote and told us the price will be stable for years. However, after a few months, they increased price significantly. The price was double in one year. Also, the service was terrible. The dumpster they gave us didn't have the windows at all. The trash smell terrible.
