I would not suggest working with Republic Services. Their rates increase significantly year over year (without warning) and the customer service experience to cancel our HOA account has been inefficient and frustrating.
Every 3 months they add $20 what's going on when will you stop adding money?
Eric has been our sanitation truck driver for a couple years and we can not say enough how much we appreciate it! He is so kind, friendly and thoughtful. My toddler LOVES seeing him on Tuesdays and Eric waves with a huge smile every time he sees us at the door! When Eric drives off he gives my toddler a couple honks from the truck and my toddler lights up every time! Thank you for everything you do Eric!
Extremely expensive with NO customer service whatsoever.
Despite a recent 25% increase in costs, I'm told that they no longer provide extra pickup (should you forget to put the can out at the appropriate time), which they previously did at an extra charge (gladly pay the extra charge - it's on me that the can wasn't there). But now I'm paying more and receiving less of a service (I'm told it's due to drive shortage) - so where's the extra $$ going that I'm paying?
