Tried to get my service restarted. Snowbird from Wisconsin. Nobody answers the phone. Got tired of the endless music. Tied the Chat only to find out it's a Bot unable to fulfill my request. I am letting my councilman in Fountain Hills know that phones are not being answered.
This company is going down hill now go to Apache Junction landfill demand to hold your id and bank card now. Now they are going right down to being the new grinch refusing to take or pick up Christmas trees without charging first. May karma comes at You ten fold there are people who cant pick or dispose those trees easily. So glad I don't with a Grinch of a company
This company is one of the worst. Everyweek they come and half fast dump my trash can so it’s half way filled every week . Im so tired of this company. And things in the trash can are moveable not smash down the trash guy just doesnt do their job. Like hes in a rush and operate the trash truck poorly. Doesn’t check shit
A trash company with trash customer service. My property is supposed to be serviced twice a week. After two weeks and several phone calls my address is still not on their service route. I requested my services be cancelled and their solution was for me to empty out my own trash cans so that they can come pick them up.
This is the most poorly run company I have ever encountered. We have attempted to schedule pick ups with them on several occasions and they have never shown up on the scheduled day, even after paying an additional fee and receiving a confirmation number. The customer service team is not trained properly and I am continuously given conflicting information from each agent I speak with.
