This company is one of the worst. Everyweek they come and half fast dump my trash can so it’s half way filled every week . Im so tired of this company. And things in the trash can are moveable not smash down the trash guy just doesnt do their job. Like hes in a rush and operate the trash truck poorly. Doesn’t check shit
A trash company with trash customer service. My property is supposed to be serviced twice a week. After two weeks and several phone calls my address is still not on their service route. I requested my services be cancelled and their solution was for me to empty out my own trash cans so that they can come pick them up.
This is the most poorly run company I have ever encountered. We have attempted to schedule pick ups with them on several occasions and they have never shown up on the scheduled day, even after paying an additional fee and receiving a confirmation number. The customer service team is not trained properly and I am continuously given conflicting information from each agent I speak with. I am not happy with the service How to you pay for trash service and then for I want to say the 3rd time the trash man drops my trash in the dumpster We have 6 people 3 dogs 3 cats We do not want trash piled in our yard and poop This is unacceptable my trash has been missing 3 days now I had to take 3 bags to a dumpster this is not acceptable And she told me it wouldn’t come till text Monday so you want me to pay for trash service but your not doing your part my container should of been replaced that day or at least the next... read more
Kim Bahorich is our own personal rep for our dumpster. SHE IS BEYOND AMAZING - GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER CUSTOMERS. Because of her, we are staying with this company as long as she is employed there. Exceptional customer service, incredible follow up, wonderful communication. I can't brag enough about this woman and this company - because of her - this company has angel wings. :)
