Customer phone service is a NIGHTMARE! 1st person couldn't help with billing or pickup. 2 different people? But not her who couldn't speak English well. 30 minutes on phone waiting so far. Still on phone. Edit after an hour same thing. Guy couldn't speak English wasted 20 minutes finding account then transferred me. Seriously the worst customer service I have had in years
Long time customer. Prices increase every year even though they announce record profits & I mean record profits. Share some of the winnings with your customers since we give you those record profits yet you increase our bill every year'ish on a whim. Real B.S.
Driver in truck number 4988 almost killed my family on the 101 south bound near the us 60. He cut across 3 lanes of traffic and never even attempted to look at his mirrors. Almost hit me and 4 other cars. He is going to kill someone. Called to file a complaint about the driver and the person on the phone gave me the run around saying they could accept the complaint unless I had a rps account for reference. Tried to get my service restarted. Snowbird from Wisconsin. Nobody answers the phone. Got tired of the endless music. Tied the Chat only to find out it's a Bot unable to fulfill my request. I am letting my councilman in Fountain Hills know that phones are not being answered.
This company is going down hill now go to Apache Junction landfill demand to hold your id and bank card now. Now they are going right down to being the new grinch refusing to take or pick up Christmas trees without charging first. May karma comes at You ten fold there are people who cant pick or dispose those trees easily. So glad I don't with a Grinch of a company
