Rude, customer service. Moved on June 6th, was billed for the rest of the month, but the worst part was that they could not pick the container up until July! a month after cancellation.
Most horrible billing practices I have ever experienced They refuse to answer emails - routinely lose all information/forms faxed to them giving them charge card billing info.(including my personal 3-digit code on the back of my card I don't think they should even require to be faxed as they lose the information!!!!) One person calls and says received - next says we never got... They had acct. set up on direct bill to charge card - card updated to new exp. date yr. They refused to take over the phone - they said they tore up... read more
