Trying to cancel service since August I have had to jump through hoops during cancelation process. The bill continues to go up…..horrible customer service.
Two weeks with no service to my house. Two different “corporate” employees have reached out to me and still no service. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. Do yourself a favor and go with a local company that cares about their customers and values service and honesty
Complete disregard for properties and curb appeal. Dumps trash and leaves trash everywhere.
Republic Services dumpster service really has an eye for detail when setting the dumpsters back in place…. This is at the Shops at Reserve 10305 Quaker, Lubbock, TX on 01/24/2024. You had 1 job, come on man!!!
EDIT 12/28/23 It's now been 8 DAYS with out gas which means no hot water or heater. Still haven't heard from you all & i did email you on the email listed below! My mom now has to pay 3200 dollars for the plumber for the gas to get hooked up due to yall not able to her gas turned back on yet since you all can't get the insurance there to verify everything until 3-4 days.
