Driver said the dumpster was too full and he could get injured, haha tree branches. I guess my wife should get a job stomping down the dangerous branches. Give me a break........ no one wants to work these days.
They literally skipped our trash can on trash pick up day. I called immediately after to see if they could come around the block and pick it up and the person who answered said they would tell them to schedule a pick. It's been 2 days, it's hot as hell in LA and that trash can is still full on the curb. Trash is going to pile up in it and it's going to get stinky. But they'll still charge for their service. Due to a banking error with Auto Pay, our trash payment transaction did not occur for a few months. The trash receptacles were taken away 2 weeks ago. We called customer service and explained the issue and made payment. It has literally been 2 weeks and we still don't have receptacles and out trash is piling up. CAN YOU PLEASE DELIVER TRACH RECEPTACLES?!?! Victor Ainza. 10405 Maybrook Ave, Whittier CA. You took our money but AREN'T providing the service we paid for, shame on you!
Horrible service. I do not recommend.
