Frequent price increases. No discounts for senior citizens or war veterans. After 20 years as loyal customers, we cancelled their services. They still charged us to have the trash bins picked up! Mayra 05/15/2018

They can't be trusted. Deceptive practices. Bill was more than double what we agreed to on the phone and extra charges we weren't told about.

4.14.15 Driver missed regularly scheduled "pre-paid" service (2nd time in 3 weeks) 4.15.15 Agent says will be by today 4.16.15 Drive never came RESULT - Republic actions/services do not match customer service assurances/spoken promises.

4.3.15 They just drove right by again without picking up our trash? This is now the fourth time they have just driven right by us? The service is unreliable... Yes, they are nearly half the price as the competitor, but honestly... What we as a family need most is reliable service... Praying for improvement...

nice staff, nice company, and they do what they are suppose to do,.....pick up the trash in a timely manner. No questions, no complaints, no hassle!
