Exclusively bad experiences with every single aspect of dealing with this company. They often miss pickups for an entire side of the street for absolutely no reason, leave trash all up and down the street because they can't be bothered to dump the bins properly, and leave bins in the exact middle of the driveway, forcing people to stop in the road and move them before they can get back onto their own property.

Put a old recliner out to be picked up on Tuesday of this week was on the list for of course it wasn't this company then reported to city hall clerk that it had been picked up! I went to city hall this morning to show picture to city clerk that it had not been picked up ! Poor service !! And negative attitude!!

My 2 and 3 year old grandsons were walking to pre school in walcott iowa saw a republic trash truck the boys are enamored with big trucks so they emidiately stopped and watched and waved at the truck...employees got out and gave each of them a yellow hard had.....extremely classy act of kindness

We have had so many problems with where the dumpster has been put. 85% of the time they put it right behind my vehicle so that I have to get my neighbor to move her vehicle to let me out of my spot of back in. Our parking only allows for four vehicles in a row (four plex) and I am last in row. How hard is it to consistently push the dumpster two more feet back so I don't get blocked in????

Terrible. I wish we weren’t forced to use this company. I understand sometimes weather can cause delayed pick ups, but my garbage was not picked up last week but everyone else’s was. It finally got dumped this week. I had bags along side my bin to be picked up, and they were left. I’ve done it in the past and has been 0 issues. Driver also gave me the middle finger after I told him he missed a few bags!
