My house has an alley behind it with a sloped berm. I have fought the berm for many years, and also been digging level slots that fit my trash and recycling bins for years. It is an alley, so I know they have to grab the bins by hand to place in the pickup arms of the truck. The bins are not returned to the spots I dig for them. But whatever I suppose, I am sure they're in a hurry and it's not the biggest deal in the world. But this week I undertook a large project to beautify this alley area. Today, they almost had me. However when I stepped inside the office, those gentleman, and lady, took care of my delivery issues so nicely and kept their promise. Mr.H and " greg"...and the amazing guy I waved at dropping off the bin i needed, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Almost every house that I have lived at, we have had the laziest trash man ever. If the trash can falls over, they don't get out and stand it up. If trash like falls out of the trash can why it's dumping, they leave it there and move on to the next trash, we don't have to put our grass in trash bags, our trash man in my neighborhood told my husband it is not his responsibility to clean up the mess that he made by dumping. After years of dumping our personal/ commercial trash can one of the drivers crushed it. After contacting the office and showing them the video I was contacted by Bob W. And told he would replace it. Very rare anymore that you find someone that does the right thing. True to his word he replaced it with a new commercial can!!! Cheers Bob!!! 5 star service.
