After years of dumping our personal/ commercial trash can one of the drivers crushed it. After contacting the office and showing them the video I was contacted by Bob W. And told he would replace it. Very rare anymore that you find someone that does the right thing. True to his word he replaced it with a new commercial can!!! Cheers Bob!!! 5 star service.

Came home to find glass all over the road. With a note that said no clothes in the recycling which was my bad but I don’t think dumping in the street and leaving glas everywhere was the right thing. Side bit it was 2 shirts

Both the city of Nampa and the Mayors Office need to take a close look at the Republic Storage reviews. Why are they still being awarded the city contracts with such terrible service year after year. Worst garboligy technicians, staff, and customer service I have seen in any state. Great job at being number 1 as the worst trash company in the state.
