Republic services should consider themselves lucky that they are hired by a city official and not by individuals. My scheduled pick-up day is Friday, for the last 6 years I have dealt with them very frequently not picked up! In the month of July, ( a five week month) they picked it up a total of once. It is absolutely ridiculous and I am so angry about the service, which consequently I pay for. Horrible company! Leave trash on ground if it falls out, knock can over and leave them on ground! They never seem to put the cans back in the place they found them and I have to sometimes get out and move them out of my way so I can park! Recycling is even worse! They skip our zone most the time and wont come and pick it up. So I keep adding into the can!

My house has an alley behind it with a sloped berm. I have fought the berm for many years, and also been digging level slots that fit my trash and recycling bins for years. It is an alley, so I know they have to grab the bins by hand to place in the pickup arms of the truck. The bins are not returned to the spots I dig for them. But whatever I suppose, I am sure they're in a hurry and it's not the biggest deal in the world. But this week I undertook a large project to beautify this alley area. Today, they almost had me. However when I stepped inside the office, those gentleman, and lady, took care of my delivery issues so nicely and kept their promise. Mr.H and " greg"...and the amazing guy I waved at dropping off the bin i needed, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
