Company picked up our personal large can (that is nicer than the one they make us pay for) for the past ten years. Now they leave it and refuse to pick it up. No notices....we somehow pay more now then ever to have a guy drive by and a hydraulic arm do all the work. How does that work? Caldwell city council should actually listen an get rid of this company......waiting for the cut and past response from their office manager now.

So today I learned that your trash can be too heavy which I totally understand but instead of setting it down and leaving it as it was when they came they dropped it and left trash all over my sidewalk. They then refused to come pick it up until next Monday unless I pay for the trip. I removed the dirt and sod to about half what it was. And cleaned my whole sidewalk and road! I messed up and didn't get my garbage out to the curb this morning so I called the customer service and spoke with a lady about a possible late return pickup that I would have gladly paid.she was the most polite, professional and personable representative I've interacted with in a long time. She set me up for a courtesy pickup this afternoon and updated my account information at the same time. Wish I could give her a big raise or bonus, she definitely deserves it. Thank you, thank you,thank you!!!!!

Only garbage trucks I've ever seen in my life that don't have squealing brakes. My eardrums and I thank you for upkeeping your equipment.
