they always leave trash up and down the neighborhood , bins are always left on their side or broken. they have even hit my tree knocked down branches and drove away leaving branches across the road. wish they gave a crap about their job since they have to come through our neighborhood to do it.
Absolutely worst customer service imaginable! I left two cans out (one I own, one is theirs) and in the morning, mine was gone. I called and was informed that I only pay for one can so that's why they took one. However, they stole, yes STOLE mine which is fully intact, no damage and left theirs, which has a huge crack on the body and the lid is so badly cracked I've resorted to taping it so it'll function. I have asked several times for it to be replaced. They have NEVER said a word about me putting two cans out at any point... read more
This morning I watched the garbage man accidentally drop our neighbors bin in the truck. They did not leave a note or anything stating they basically trashed a bin. I have it all on camera
Like many people my rates have gone through the roof since covid. I can't afford my trash service anymore. This place is beyond greedy and sucks bad. 0/5 stars. Monopolies are a crime against humanity.
