Our HOA uses Republic for weekly dumpster service. We have been in need of a replacement dumpster and requested that it be refreshed almost 2 months ago. I have called and arranged this to happen no fewer than 8 times and it still has not happened. Customer service reps are exceedingly nice, but ultimately ineffective. How hard is it to have a dumpster exchanged?

Have been waiting for a replacement on my bin that they broke over a month now, and it seems like I have to be calling them every week because no replacement has arrived. I get the same answer every time I call: "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but the replacement will come next pickup date." Come on, do better.

Sadly I've called twice and nothing has been done. It sad how I'm being charge by my renter a fee to pick up my trash but can't get a new trash bin. And they said they will replace it which they haven't done so. But yes real quick to take the money., but nothing to replace my trash bin.

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Didn’t pick my trash up on my regular pick up or the scheduled pick up for the missed pick up

The only reason we use them is they have the contract with city of Duncanville and we have no choice the people who picked up my trash last Thursday. We're not the normal guys. They always do a great job. These guys picked up one bag and left the other. 4 of yard debris that they should have hauled off when I called in. They said they would be here to get it the next day. It's Sunday now and I'm still looking at the trash setting here. Terrible service and they don't mind lying to their customers.
