I have been attempting to enter the trash industry for years, possessing over three years of CDL experience with a clean record, including no accidents, tickets, failed drug tests, or background issues, yet I am unable to secure a callback despite submitting multiple applications and visiting the location, which is conveniently close to my residence.
WOW! I can't believe these people are still in business. If you want to have a peace a mind and not stress over the lack of customer service, business management. You know the saying crap rolls down hill. That is a fact. With this company it rolls so far down it hits you!!! BE WARE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!! I agree with the majority on this being a horrible company. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I was on my way to take my 14 year old daughter to a doctor's appointment when a tire blew on their trash truck driving in front of me and hit the front bumper of my car causing damage. The driver declined to provide the insurance info saying he doesn't have it and to just take a pic of his truck and call the number. Updated review from 8/27/2025: After emailing customer service at their suggestion in their response to my original reivew, they were able to resolve my issue and replace our dumpster with a new one. Much appreciated! Review from 8/21/2025: Our HOA uses Republic for weekly dumpster service. We have been in need of a replacement dumpster and requested that it be refreshed almost 2 months ago.
