I agree with the majority on this being a horrible company. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I was on my way to take my 14 year old daughter to a doctor's appointment when a tire blew on their trash truck driving in front of me and hit the front bumper of my car causing damage. The driver declined to provide the insurance info saying he doesn't have it and to just take a pic of his truck and call the number. Updated review from 8/27/2025: After emailing customer service at their suggestion in their response to my original reivew, they were able to resolve my issue and replace our dumpster with a new one. Much appreciated! Review from 8/21/2025: Our HOA uses Republic for weekly dumpster service. We have been in need of a replacement dumpster and requested that it be refreshed almost 2 months ago. Our HOA uses Republic for weekly dumpster service. We have been in need of a replacement dumpster and requested that it be refreshed almost 2 months ago. I have called and arranged this to happen no fewer than 8 times and it still has not happened. Customer service reps are exceedingly nice, but ultimately ineffective. How hard is it to have a dumpster exchanged?
Have been waiting for a replacement on my bin that they broke over a month now, and it seems like I have to be calling them every week because no replacement has arrived. I get the same answer every time I call: "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but the replacement will come next pickup date." Come on, do better.
