They bought out the company that use to pick up our trash. First pick up they just skipped us. When I called I was told they would come grab it Thursday. Its now the next Monday. I called to ask what was going on and was told they wont be driving 10 minutes out of there way to pick us up. Why am I paying for trash pickup if they wont pick it up.
Don't pick things up when they say they are gonna, didn't empty a 2nd recycling bin when it was sitting right next to the one they emptied,very unsatisfied with this company. If you have enough to keep buying out others,spend some money on your equipment so things are picked up in a timely matter.
NEVER EVER EVEN CONSIDER SIGNING UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will blindside you with annual 30% price increases. When you push back they'll hit you with even more outrageous cancellation fees - see "item 14" in their agreement. Fair warning.
Crappy service. Drivers can refuse to go down a driveway that a school bus and semis go down every day. They dont send a bill, ever. I have yet to recieve a bill, but theyre quick to shut your service off for a missed payment. Oh and when they shut your service off, the automated call will call you at 5:10 pm and your pick up is suppose to be the next day, so you have no way to make a payment without missing a week. Trash services. No pun intended. We just switched to them the town as a whole. Which changed our garbage day. I was bringing it out and made eye contact with the driver and waved. He continued to drive by and not take my trash. When I called customer service the woman told me that he couldn’t go back. I hate that I will be wasting money using this company. Lazy, incompetent, and unreasonable.
