Crappy service. Drivers can refuse to go down a driveway that a school bus and semis go down every day. They dont send a bill, ever. I have yet to recieve a bill, but theyre quick to shut your service off for a missed payment. Oh and when they shut your service off, the automated call will call you at 5:10 pm and your pick up is suppose to be the next day, so you have no way to make a payment without missing a week. Trash services. No pun intended. We just switched to them the town as a whole. Which changed our garbage day. I was bringing it out and made eye contact with the driver and waved. He continued to drive by and not take my trash. When I called customer service the woman told me that he couldn’t go back. I hate that I will be wasting money using this company. Lazy, incompetent, and unreasonable.

I am leaving this review based on the experience I have had trying to cancel services with this company. I have been a customer since 2012, so 13 years, and recently realized that I have been paying far too much for trash removal services. I called and got a quote from a business in my town and it is over 50% cheaper than what I was paying with Republic Services. I use there services commercially at my business. Great recycle and garbage service. They have also been helpful in working with me on the obstructed dumpsters during busy times. I will continue to use there services. My account manager Samantha has always been quick to help us with any issues. A+
