Really crappy customer service.. every phone number you look up regardless of area code all goes to the same call center.... You cannot reach a human that's in your town... Not even in an emergency... I signed up for trash service and for the past few months since I first signed up they have missed my trash pickup every time... Disappointed. 8 year customer. Got a quote from another company because we thought our price was getting outrageous. WE WERE RIGHT!!! $185 every quarter. We got a quote for less than half that per quarter and a cheaper price for a whole dumpster!!!. So then, when we called to cancel service altogether right before our next bill was being charged, they told us we have to pay a $50 fee to have them come pick up their own trash can!!! HORRIBLE TRASH COMPANY!!!!!! Would give it zero stars if I could. Even after ending our service with them they charged us almost $100 for three months of upcoming service that we no longer have with them. They said we could still be charged for 30 days and they will not give you a refund for another 10 days. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I truly do not understand how a company with so many negative reviews is still in business. Reviews reflect how a business operates, and in this case, they speak volumes. Our own experience confirms just how poorly this company is run. We ordered a second recycling bin nearly a month and a half ago. Initially, we were told it would be delivered without issue.
