For the most part they are a good service. But if your payment is set to autopay and it doesn't go through, they don't call you or send an email to let you know. They just come and take your trash cans. I would like them to give their customers notice when this happens, so we can correct it.

I've had bad experiences with RS in the past - tearing out huge trenches with their trucks and then some unprofessional attitude on the phone - but today I've had more problems so finally I decided to write a review. The other day I called and pressed a number for a call back - they never called back. Today I called and was put on hold for a half hour.
