Multiple missed pickups, they say they'll will fix it but they don't.
Stay clear from this dishonest company, they tell you one rate and then double it with their administrative and other fees. Use other disposal companies if you can
We started the service with them in January and we’ve already had six missed pick ups. I don’t understand where the mixup is why they say they have us on the schedule and they’re always missing our pick up. I’ve called several times And the issue is still not resolved. We are almost in April and last week they didn’t pick up our trash and this week they didn’t pick up our trash either.
