Wow Republic Services’ phone customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It feels like an overseas call center run by the most incompetent company imaginable. The representatives clearly don’t know what they’re doing and constantly put you on hold. I’d rather wait in line at the DMV than call them.
I would give 0 if I could. Accidentally double paid my bill with an electronic transfer 1st it shouldn't have processed the payment twice anyway, now they are telling its going to take 6 to 8 weeks for my refund weeks not days because they are processing a paper check. Are you kidding me even if they are sending a check why would it take 6 to 8 weeks . This is so beyond unacceptable.
Republic Services missed a scheduled dumpster pickup last week and failed to notify us that the pickup would not occur. When I called customer service, they were unable to provide a contact or solution to reschedule the service. The lack of communication, poor customer support, and unwillingness to resolve the issue is disappointing.
OMG this the worse company I ever have to deal with. It is almost impossible to talk to someone, very unprofessional!!
I switched to Republic Services after being approached by a sales representative who presented a service proposal that appeared competitive, transparent, and tailored to my business needs. Unfortunately, my experience after signing up has been the complete opposite. The proposal provided estimated my monthly service cost at approximately $264.78.
