Rude. Ignorant. Mismanaged. To say the very least!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Republic Services is horrible. The gal I spoke to hung up on me after I asked for a breakdown in costs. This was after being on hold for 24 minutes. In addition, it was the fifth time calling. I spent 1.5 hours trying to get Republic Services to deliver a 40 yard dumpster, but did not get anywhere. Please take it from me, do not waste your time calling!
My containers haven't been emptied since before Thanksgiving. Horrendous service and hot mess billing issues with Republic Services. Get it together.
It seems like they can do anything correctly. It’s very annoying because we do have another choice for trash service.
A 3 yard container was supposed to be delivered yesterday per the contract I signed with Republic. It is midday and even with 4 calls this morning and told a call back would happen, nothing. I wonder how the money situation will fair even if I do end up getting the thing delivered.
