Last week Republic missed our pickup. We called twice and were told they would come by and get it. They didn't. We have to push our carts down to the corner because our HOA doesn't want garbage trucks on our privately maintained road. It isn't easy for my 74-year-old husband to do that. Now, we have extra bags to put on top and next to our cart. My husband will probably have to make 2 trips. If Republic doesn't take those bags, I'm going to be really ticked off.
Half of the time trash pickup was late and they charged me $50 to have someone pick up the can once I cancelled service
The worst trash company in St. Louis area , will never pick up on time, always late .
Republic services is the most Mickey Mouse organization I have ever dealt with in my entire life.The way tho company handles customer complaints is an absolute disgrace. Granite City signed a contract with them I did not. Sadly because of a decision the city made Republic services has a monopoly in the city of Granite that never should been allowed in the first place that being the case is illegal.
