I live on Westwood ave and I couldn't get out of the house fast enough to thank the waste specialists on how they handled the trees in my front yard. Most people take the time out to leave terrible reviews but good ones are just as helpful. Those guys teamed up and did an amazing job. Keep up the good work fellas!!!
Lately, I have become very frustrated with Republic. My scheduled pick up is on Mondays. On 4/13, they missed my pick up. I called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and each day the rep confirmed that they would reschedule the pick up for the next day. At one point, they said that the driver had marked my pick up complete at 1:00 AM in the morning, when clearly that wasn't true. City of Baton Rouge implemented new trash pick rules for Quadplexes with a deadline of September 2026. I truly appreciated the customer service received by Ms. Vessel at the Baton Rouge office. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the process. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service.
Horrible trash experience and poor services to paid customers.
