very very bad canceling with them now
Worst trash company I have ever had to deal with. I have a disability can with an orange top that is supposed to be picked up off my front porch and they never pick it up. What was the point of all the disability paperwork I had to get from my Dr and you taking my big can and bringing me a disability can when you can't bother to pick it up. 3 weeks no trash service and I keep calling and being told we are so sorry and we will get it picked up that very same day and they never come.
Do not use this company!!! I have been with this company For 5 plus years. After repeated missed pickups and their trucks leaking very nasty and smelly liquids all over our parking lot, I decided to use a different dumpster company. Now they are telling me they want $2500 just to end service. What they do not tell you is that when you initially sign up with them , they auto renew your contract. These people are bait and switch experts. Do not use this company you will regret it. horrible service
