I am very disappointed in the costumer service i have received this past week. I Purchased a garbage sticker on Tuesday October 2nd and placed it on my garbage can that night. It rained over night the next day my garbage was not collected. I expected that they must have accidentally missed it. We were levied two $30.00 fees and two $5.00 fees. They were rude, uncaring, and would not adequately explain why their fees were equal to highway robbery. They said I never contacted them, come on, would they continue my service if I hadn't? They are not doing their job and you pay for it.
