Hours are short on Saturdays, but very easy to use, and fairly cheap. I was able to haul of a 12 foot trailer of miscellaneous junk from my house for under $10. The minimum price just went up some, but still a cheap option.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. I went there today (first time) and had zero issues. Get weighed, unload, get weighed, pay ($10.35 for 1,280 pounds of junk), have a nice day. I only spoke to one employee (Dawn) at the scale and she could not have been more pleasant.
People here are always very helpful.
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience. I arrived with a full load and waited patiently in line; after 30 minutes and five other cars also waiting, the attendant refused to radio his coworker to open the next station. When I asked him to do his job and coordinate the line, he responded with profanity and a hostile attitude that made the situation worse. Their hours clearly state they are open Saturday mornings 7-10 AM. I was there at 7 this (Saturday) and waited until 08:15 along with a dozen plus other people and THE EMPLOYEES NEVER SHOWED UP OR OPENED. A complete waste of my time and that of a lot of other's in need of this Service. Why do you clearly indicate Saturday hours yet do not Honor them yourselves?
