Terrible service. They never once picked up my garbage the day it was supposed to be. Usually it would be two or three days later. Usually I'd have to pay to take it to the dump myself. When I asked why, they first told me that it was a lack of drivers. Two weeks later, they told me it was new drivers being trained and they forgot my pickup Two weeks or so later, they told me that my road is narrow and the truck driver wasn't sure he'd be able to manage the road. My daughter has had service with them for six weeks one week they called and told us they would be a day late ,four weeks they never even showed up. We had to report missed pickups.They actually did show up to pick up our trash today but threw the trash cans in the ditch across the street when I called to complain, they call back says oh well we had trouble turning around. There's a reason they have almost a 1 star rating on Google! I've never seen such a low score. They deserve it. They raise my rate constantly. Then negotiate down a little. Then just jack it up even more the next quarter. $85 to $195 per quarter. I'm done with this sleazy company. They also rush to bill you and add late fees anytime possible.

Today is the third time in less than a year they forget to pick up the garbage. They’re certainly on time sending me an invoice. I’ve never had to call them to remind them to charge me for service. Update 5/1/25….Here we go again. Once again they forget to pick up the trash. This service is a disaster. I’m sure their lack of commitment is due to the fact they hold a monopoly in my area. Their service is a reflection of the management.
