There's a reason they have almost a 1 star rating on Google! I've never seen such a low score. They deserve it. They raise my rate constantly. Then negotiate down a little. Then just jack it up even more the next quarter. $85 to $195 per quarter. I'm done with this sleazy company. They also rush to bill you and add late fees anytime possible.

Today is the third time in less than a year they forget to pick up the garbage. They’re certainly on time sending me an invoice. I’ve never had to call them to remind them to charge me for service. Update 5/1/25….Here we go again. Once again they forget to pick up the trash. This service is a disaster. I’m sure their lack of commitment is due to the fact they hold a monopoly in my area. Their service is a reflection of the management.

This has got to be one of the worse companies I've dealt with. We moved out and canceled out service 3 times already and keep getting calls about our account being behind. Spoke to 3 different representatives on 2 different lengthy phone calls to rectify the situation. Use the local dump instead, it's free!
