The company has been taking money out of my account and not providing services , Republic trash has not picked up my trash , every time I call customer service they say my account is fine. Everything is fine ? and sorry it was a mistake. They’re going to pick up the next week and still they don’t pick up the trash in the containers, but keep taking funds out of my account , and they’re telling me that even though it’s their fault if I have extra trash, they can’t pick it up because everything has to be in the trash container... read more

They show up and don't show up equally. I currently have been waiting a month without recycling pickup.

Was quoted $110 per ton (2000lbs). We dropped off 300lbs of old furniture and were charged $300 and there is no explanation or details on the receipt. Couldn’t argue the price because it was already ran and got no response when we questioned the amount. Pretty sure they are taking advantage of people and doing whatever they want.

We’ve had them “taking” our trash for about 7 months at the business I work for and they are never here. They lie and say they pick up every time when they don’t. It’s honestly embarrassing that these workers make good money and can’t do the job. Paying loads a month to not have our trash picked up. Watching the store next to us get there’s taken no problem and the drivers drive off.

"Terrible company. They don't leave the trash can in front of your house, they throw it and it breaks."
