They literally go weeks without picking up your trash sometimes, and refuse to reimburse you for the days they don't come.
I’ve been told every day for weeks that my trash would be picked up… they say they’re on their way and don’t show up. You take my money but don’t provide a service. You can’t do your jobs properly, and lying is the foundation of your company- it’s disgusting.
They have not picked up our trash all friggin year. Worst company to do business with and if we had another option we would go with them. They don't even answer their damn phones to talk to someone to complain.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Between thanksgiving and today (1/11/25) my trash has been picked up twice. Customer service is annoying. I literally just want the person I pay to pick up my garbage, to pick up my garbage. if you have the option to not use them, do yourself a favor. Republic services, do better. Edit: one week later and our trash was not picked up again. I will keep editing this post until it’s picked up.
