I just switched to Republic for weekly pickup thinking the reviews of the over-billing wouldn't happen to me. I just received my first bill and the charges are higher than quoted, there are extra charges not quoted, and my initial $50 payment to them is missing. AVOID THIS COMPANY! This trash facilitie is covenant with having the ability to bring a truck load of trash to the onsite dumpsters in the parking lot... Donna Bell that works the front window.... Is outstanding,personable,knowledge in regards deposal options and cost and is always positive and upbeat.. this is a must visit location for your trash needs

One star is honestly too much. Rude customer service. I think it was Donna I spoke with over the phone and she was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. If you have any other option than using Republic Services, do it. They do not care about their customers, or keeping customers.
