I would give them zero stars if I could. I called three times today looking for a roll-off dumpster. After listening to their on-hold music and marketing for 40 minutes (including their apology for missing pickups last week) - they lost my business. Lake Ozark Dumpster answered my call and gave me a quote in 2 mins. Do yourself a favor, do business with a different company.
I just put in an order to start the service 3 days ago. I have heard a bunch of horror stories. I went to cancel my request because I do not wish to be put through everyone's headache. But it's to late they got me. I tried calling customer service but no answer. Been on hold for 30 mins. Left a call back number cause I was fed up wasting my lunch hour. They called back 10 mins later but no one spoke a word. Just radio silence. I knew if I hung up I'd have to do the process again but the line just stayed silent for 5 minutes.... read more
This trash company is literally the reason people have trash all over their yards around MO. They make it an EXPENSIVE nightmare to get rid of anything. They are absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!
Quite literally the worst service I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. If you can avoid using this company, DO at all costs they have 1.8 stars for a reason.
We just got Republic Trash Services in Eldon in September. Todays date is February 5th, and as of last week my trash had not been picked up for 2 weeks so I cancelled my service with reassurance they would finish out the scheduled make up pick up as well as the friday pickup, and they did not. My trash has been full for 3 weeks and I’m glad to be DONE with this company. I have spoken to wonderful customer support people 5 times who have all agreed this is insane yet it still hasn’t been picked up. If it wasn’t for the wonder... read more
