I used to have service with them a few years ago. I have their bin which I don't need and i want them to pick it up. I have called them nearly 10 times over one and half months. The reps took my address, phone number each time and assured me each time that they will pick it up within 1 to 3 days, gave me case numbers and escalated it several times. But they never followed up, or called me or picked up the bin. Their service is worst then the worst possible!!
This company every 3 months raises the bills will be canceling soon
They charge extremely expensive.. around 400 every 3 months.. When you cancel the service, they end up with different charges to continue stealing your m ok money
