My husband and I have been faithful Republic customers for some time. We'd already paid our bill for an entire three month period 2/2/24 when we decided to conclude our service. We opted for a different provider who could offer competitive pricing for more service. My husband called in plenty of time to cancel, thank Republic and ask them to please come and pick up their Trash Cart. Since January 8th, 2024, I've been attempting to terminate my dumpster service, following my relocation to Houston in December 2023. Despite my impending move out of the country in June, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, damage to a stucco post on my property by the service provider has not been addressed. Jondwalyn Holbert, who assisted me, promised a 30-day cancellation, yet as of March 15th, the dumpster remains on the property without resolution.
