Worse service and too expensive. Their "safety guides" suck
Make sure you arrive well before closing. They turned me away 15-minutes before closing as the last person in a very long line. There were zero cars behind me. Common sense across all service industries continues its decline :(
On Saturdays… If you are only open to the public till 1130 then please post your time as closing at 11:30 as that is the only time relative to the public. We understand that you have to take some time to close things down and shut down the facility, but that should happen after you are closed to the public.
If you are one of the millions that pay your bills online, make sure you print out your bill! They won't use the emailed bill. It would have been nice to know before I went with a big trailer of trash! You know a lot of people use e-billing and don't get paper bills. At least post it on your website!
