They're getting worse. If the Mesa system is down, they will rob you of the once a month free dump instead of noting who comes in and entering the info when the system is back up. You need a hard hat? Really? I can understand a rain hat since your fire suppression system is leaking like a rain storm. Kind of a bit overpriced since I'm doing the work, you drive a tractor, and I'm already paying for waste disposal. Might as well cut things up into small pieces that can fit into the regular cans.
Its a welcome service but man the roads near and on the property need to be patched...

Dude at the front desk helped me a lot with guiding me how this location works. I recommend adding some lighting to make the bay numbers more visible. Especially during the dark hours.
