I don’t know why everybody’s giving this place such bad reviews. This review is for the recycling center on Pontiac. Everything is clearly marked in plain English. Cardboard, various plastics, scrap metal glass, couldn’t be clearer. I’ve even had on occasion an Employee come out and help me.
Drivers beware. This place has a very tight dock area that requires you to blind side back. Definitely take alot of experience and patience when picking up here. Other than the docks being a fustercluck. They load you fairly quickly.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel my service. Still not cancelled?! No one answers the phone. Their customer service sucks.
