I appreciate having a local spot to drop off my recycling as my apartment complex doesn't offer anything but trash collection.
They refuse to pick up my dumpster. Now today they moved said dumpster to block my garage door. Like the large overhead door now cant get out. And still didnt even take the trash. My account manager greg worton will not call or email me back.
They moved the recycling drop off to the farthest eastern entrance. Maps hadn't updated that when I went there 7-29-2026
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Use anyone else but this company. They are extorting money with their billing. And overcharging for your weekly pickup to the extent that it is criminal. I ask for a cancellation and I had over $400.00 in account credit. They said wait six weeks to get your refund. I waited eight weeks and nothing. I called a third time and now they say the credit is only $318.00 because they charged $82.00 to pick up their own container . I don’t know why everybody’s giving this place such bad reviews. This review is for the recycling center on Pontiac. Everything is clearly marked in plain English. Cardboard, various plastics, scrap metal glass, couldn’t be clearer. I’ve even had on occasion an Employee come out and help me.
