Complete failures at a job that is pretty straight forward. Didn’t pick up on the day they are supposed to then lied and said they’d pick it up on Friday but didn’t, then sent a text at 6:50am Saturday 15 to tell me they were coming by on the 14th to pick it up, ( not a typo they actually contacted me on the 15th to say they were coming on the 14th).
