Unfortunately, we have no choice but to use this company, as they are the trash service contracted by our city. Week after week, they seem to decide whether or not they want to pick up our trash. Sometimes they come the following business day, while other times it takes several business days, leaving us to figure out what to do with the overflow trash in the meantime. Really?
I live in flower mound. They did not pick up my trash. I called them the next day to have it picked up and they refused. Their policy is we will pick it up the next day even though they overlooked us on the day of delivery. Next day was fine but I told them I would be out of state for over a week and if they would make accommodations to pick it up early and they said no. I made it clear to them the HOA I live in would not be happy to have my trashcans out on the curbside for over 10 days. I had to call the city of Flower Mou... read more
Avoid them if you can. They are the worst. They won’t even take a cardboard box if it’s not put in the recycling container. If it’s too large for the recycling container, the trash service will not pick it up. You’re just stuck with a large cardboard box.
