This is probably the third time that our entire row in the neighborhood has been missed. The most recent incident the neighbors all called and was promised a pickup date, which never happened. I called again and they offered another pickup date, which also never happened. They also promised to escalate it to management so they can be made aware. I doubt that even happened.

Liars that can’t even pick up the trash on the days that they schedule. Then they lie and tell you they will get it the next day and the next day and so on. Clearly not dealing with the best and brightest, or even customer service savvy. If you have a choice you’re better off taking your own trash to the dump yourself. One star was being very generous

I would love, more than anything, for Lewisville to go back to Waste management. Republic Services is absolutely horrible. Trash is never picked up as scheduled.

Good experience. You can get rid of big loads of trash and junk. Only criticism is that the line is very long getting inside. Prepare to be there for one hour. There is even a line to leave

NO SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!! INCLUDED PICTURES of CALL LOG AND DAMAGED BIN WITH A DEAD RAT!! YIKES!! We have contacted Republic Services 3 times to replace our broken blue garbage bin that has a 12"+ split right along the front pick-up bar caused by years of use from the pick up arm from the Garbage truck. This is probably a common failure with these bins, totally understand that...
