They failed to pick up on my regular Friday. I called in . They said they were behind and it would be Saturday. Didn't happen. office was closed. Same little bullshit dance on Monday and Tuesday. BUT TODAY THEY SENT A TRUCK.DOWN TO DO A PICKUP AT A NEIGHBOR. AND THEM DROVE RIGHT PASSED MY ROLL OUT. I WAS RIGHT THERE AND THEY DROVE BY, FAILING TO DELIVER SERVICES I'VE PAID FOR. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: Shop around, support local businesses, and stay far away from Republic Services. In many communities, you'll find smaller providers offering better customer service, more transparent pricing, at 1/4 to 1/2 the cost of these clowns. I honestly don't understand how this company justifies charging so much for such an average service. The pricing is ridiculous for what you actually get, and the fees seem to never end. My neighbor uses Republic trash services. After her Friday pickup I have to go behind and pick up the trash scattered in my yard. Seriously you need to do better
