This company is trying as hard as they can to be the worst trash service in North Carolina. Our service at our house was flawless for years until Republic bought them out and destroyed it. Ever since then, our service has been garbage.
When they give you an estimate for services you can go ahead and add about $20-30 to that in fees they add on as the real price you'll pay. They show up about half the time so good luck. The second another option becomes available in my area I'm cancelling. Find an alternative if you can!
Terrible service. North Lake waste Management is far better This is what Republic does with the BSS cans that they fight so hard to get the $37 dollars to pick up from you.
They failed to pick up on my regular Friday. I called in . They said they were behind and it would be Saturday. Didn't happen. office was closed. Same little bullshit dance on Monday and Tuesday. BUT TODAY THEY SENT A TRUCK.DOWN TO DO A PICKUP AT A NEIGHBOR. AND THEM DROVE RIGHT PASSED MY ROLL OUT. I WAS RIGHT THERE AND THEY DROVE BY, FAILING TO DELIVER SERVICES I'VE PAID FOR. CALLED IN. supposedly, they will get it by 6pm today. I'm looking to see if they have local competition. This is shitty service.
Sorry but call after call can not get someone out to pick up my trash can. So they are Fired. I suggest if you have other choices donot conduct business with this firm.
