Set up for new trash pick up service on July 6th. It is July 19th and I still don’t have cans. I’ve been calling the last two days and they keep saying today only for them not to show up. After reading the other reviews, I can see the pattern. There’s just no excuse for this kind of business.
I canceled my services prior to Apr 1st & was told I owed nothing else. I keep getting past due notices about the same bill & I called twice & both times I was told the bill would be adjusted. I just received an email with the same bill AGAIN! I have emailed your customer care team & STILL nothing is resolved! Stop doing this to people just b/c we cancel with you due to your rising prices after you bought out BSS! We have a right to go elsewhere.
They failed to pick up on my regular Friday. I called in . They said they were behind and it would be Saturday. Didn't happen. office was closed. Same little bullshit dance on Monday and Tuesday. BUT TODAY THEY SENT A TRUCK.DOWN TO DO A PICKUP AT A NEIGHBOR. AND THEM DROVE RIGHT PASSED MY ROLL OUT. I WAS RIGHT THERE AND THEY DROVE BY, FAILING TO DELIVER SERVICES I'VE PAID FOR.
