We usually don't have problems but they missed our WHOLE BLOCK recyclables, we called & called. They promised & promised. We still have our recyclables & I am BEYOND DISSATISFIED. Leave a message? It hangs up. Shame on you and BEFORE a holiday
Leaves half the garbage in waste receptacle. Clean up on a windy day takes a good half hour.
I want to say thank you to Jason Nowak. After the review on Google, he contacted me and did everything to replace the containers for me as soon as possible. I hope in the future, if a client has just started using the services, trash cans will be replaced over the phone as needed. Thank you!
The driver on the Navajo route in Lowell Has to be one of the laziest drivers that you have. I use your service in another part of town and that driver is completely professional
