Missed pickups frequently. They are quick to charge a late fee if payment is one day late. They should knock off same fee for missed pickups. I'm sure they'll do a better job once it hurts their pocketbook.

honestly they should shut this place horrible customer service and they don’t even mind helping and lie about the times they close
