Constantly missing pick-ups. It's disgusting and smelly. Attached is also a picture of my neighbor.
Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible company and even worse customer service. Debris from their truck struck my vehicle and smashed my windshield and frame and the company refused to do anything about it, told me I had no proof. Scummy management and shady people, absolute trash.

Missing garbage collection for almost a month in hot weather over 90 degrees. Insects are everywhere inside and outside the house and the smell vibrates. Customer service says they don't know why this happened. Should I change companies?
